Many people typically start the year off making resolutions to eat less, exercise more, carve out more time for the family and even start a new hobby. I’d like to approach 2025 a little differently, so instead of a new year resolution, I’m embracing a new year EVOLUTION!
Why evolution? A company that evolves remains relevant in the ever-changing marketplace. Staying relevant will require you to evaluate where you are to progress to the next level.
I hope my E.V.O.L.V.E. blueprint below will inspire you to chart your own path to move forward in 2025 as well.
Elevate – Has anything in your life or business taken a back seat lately? Now is the time to bring it to the fore front. Invest and raise awareness on the business idea that shows promise. Raise the bar on your customer service. Make some improvements to attract new business.
Value – You must know your worth. In any relationship, personal or business, you must know your value and what you bring to the table. Having this insight can give you better leverage in negotiating and even setting your pricing.
Opportunity – Seek out opportunities for growth or expansion. Maybe there’s an untapped customer base you haven’t explored, an industry certification you need, or a new app or business service available to help boost your bottom line. Try it out!
Let Go – Sometimes you just can’t bring old stuff into the new year. Whether it’s a bad habit or an uncooperative client or even a product that isn’t selling that might be your favorite. Now is the time to LET IT GO to make room for a better path!
Victories – Your personal life and business will always have challenges. So, it’s always a good idea to prioritize celebrating your wins! Yes, those victories big and small. This will help you stay motivated to reach your goals.
Expect – Expect the best. A positive attitude sets the stage for success. Start your plan, goal or project expecting a positive outcome. Pivot when things change along the way and seek out solutions or assistance to overcome.
It’s time for an evolution…will you join me?
Be well,
Lenora
